🤖 How do we talk about ethics in a world shaped by algorithms, platforms, and AI?
I had the pleasure of joining the Prague University of Economics and Business as a guest lecturer for the Business Ethics course in the Sustainability Management program.

🌍 A truly international classroom – students from four continents, bringing diverse perspectives on what “ethical” means in different cultural and societal contexts.
🧠 In my session, The Ethical Challenges of Technology in the Digital Era, we explored questions that don’t have easy answers:
– Who is responsible for algorithmic decisions?
– Can technology ever be truly neutral?
– And how do we balance innovation with accountability?
Big thanks to Dr. Zuzana Kvítková for the kind invitation – and to all the students for their thoughtful questions and engaged discussion.

Moments like this are a reminder: ethics is no longer a side topic. It’s at the core of how we design, communicate, and lead in the digital age.
